Position Overview:

We are seeking a friendly, organized, and professional Part-Time Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our customers. This role involves answering calls, greeting visitors, managing office correspondence, and providing general administrative support to the team.

Responsibilities:

Greet and assist visitors in a professional and courteous manner

Answer and direct incoming phone calls to the appropriate department or staff member

Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries

Maintain a clean and organized reception area

Assist with data entry, filing, and basic administrative tasks

Schedule appointments and maintain meeting room calendars

Provide exceptional customer service to clients and vendors

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent

Previous receptionist or administrative experience preferred

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
