We're hiring a Part Time Receptionist for Phoenix Country Club in Arizona!

Ideal candidates are organized, customer service-centric, and possess strong communication and interpersonal skills. Receptionists are directly responsible in assisting in the day-to-day operations of the property and its staff. The Receptionist will provide midlevel administrative support handling information requests and performing clerical functions such as: answering phones, preparing correspondence, greeting and directing visitors, arranging conference calls, and scheduling meetings. Beginners are welcome – previous Receptionist experience is not required for the position.

Ideal candidates have flexible schedules with availability to work weekends, holidays, and golf seasons, as needed. This includes competitive compensation starting at 15/hr.

Essential Duties:
Meets and greets all visitors in a pleasant, courteous and professional manner. Assists guests,
visitors, and associates, with inquiries and directions.
Assists with any guest inquiries, answers incoming telephone calls, forwards call to the appropriate
party, or takes a message.
Provides clerical support to the department that may include but not limited to: typing, copying,
filing, composing routine correspondence, and preparation of outgoing mail.
Sorts incoming mail for the department(s).
May order office supplies.
Receives and helps organize to-go orders and dining reservations, to include billing in the POS.
Regular and reliable attendance.
Performs other duties as required.

Education/Experience:
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience
and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Physical Demands:
Typical office environment, occasionally stands and walks, frequently sits. Typically requires routine use
of personal computer and general office equipment.
Environment/Noise:
Noise level is moderate.

Job Knowledge, Skill, and Ability Preferences
Ability to read and speak English may be required in order to perform the duties of the job (e.g. the
associates may be required to communicate with English speaking customers or co-workers, the
manuals for the equipment the associates may use are in English).
Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.

Hours:
W - F: 3:00 - 7:00pm
Sat, Sun: 9:00am - 5:00pm
