Typical Qualifications

  • Call Management: Answer and route incoming calls promptly and accurately; take detailed messages when necessary.

  • Scheduling & Coordination: Manage meeting room reservations, schedule appointments, and assist with calendar coordination for executives.

  • Administrative Support: Handle mail distribution, shipping/receiving, scanning, filing, and data entry with accuracy.

  • Client Service Excellence: Provide information and assistance to clients, vendors, and employees while maintaining B confidentiality.

  • Office Maintenance Oversight: Ensure reception area and meeting spaces remain clean, stocked, and presentable at all times.

  • Technology Support: Operate multi-line phone systems, office equipment, and software applications; troubleshoot basic equipment issues.

  • Special Projects: Assist with company events, travel arrangements, and other administrative tasks as assigned.

  • Other duties assigned.
