About the Role
Our client, a well-established and professional organization in Foothill Ranch, is seeking a friendly, organized, and detail-oriented Receptionist to join their team. As the first point of contact for visitors and callers, you will play a key role in creating a welcoming environment and ensuring smooth daily office operations.
Key Responsibilities
Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and courteous manner
Answer, screen, and direct incoming calls promptly and efficiently
Maintain a clean and organized reception area
Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
Schedule and confirm appointments and meetings
Assist with basic administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and scanning
Support various departments with clerical duties as needed
Maintain office supplies and notify the appropriate team when inventory is low
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree or administrative training preferred
1+ year of receptionist, front desk, or administrative experience
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Professional appearance and demeanor
Ability to handle multiple tasks while maintaining a calm, positive attitude
