Position Title: Receptionist

Wage: $20.00 - $22.00/Hour

Shift: 1st Shift

Hours: 8:00 AM 4:30 PM (Monday Friday)

Receptionist Responsibilities:
- Greets and directs customers, vendors, visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer multi line phone system, transfer calls, and take messages as necessary
- Manage the reception area and conference room, ensuring it is stocked, tidy, and presentable
- Handle incoming mail and deliveries that come to the reception desk

Requirements for Receptionist:
- Manage customer pick-ups
- Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about product, pricing and availability
- Work with customers to resolve product returns, shipping inquiries and order status questions
- Give accurate pricing on all products to customers
- Printing invoices
- Scanning invoices
- Shredding of documents Human Resources
- Assist and direct walk-in candidate in completing an application
- Posting jobs
- Interview scheduling
- Document scanning
