Job Description

Ultra CEMS are seeking a Receptionist / Administrator to provide a reception service for Company visitors together with an efficient telephone service for Company customers and employees.

This role is a part time role for 16 hours a week Mon - Thurs (1pm - 5pm).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answering and transferring telephone calls for both Ultra Electronics and Magicard businesses.
  • Greeting visitors and contractors and booking them in/notifying host.
  • Monitoring stationary levels and raising orders where necessary.
  • Ordering corporate lunches.
  • Booking hire cars and taxis.
  • Distributing incoming mail and franking outgoing mail
  • Assisting with bookings for conference rooms (via outlook)
  • Carry out emergency procedures where requested e.g. fire drill, alarm testing.
  • Cover for holidays/sickness for job sharer.
  • This role is a part time role for 16 hours a week, Mon - Thurs (1pm - 5pm).

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Excellent communication skills
  • basic Excel skills (preferable)

Nationality Requirements

Candidates must be able to work in the UK without restrictions in accordance with UK National Law and be prepared to successfully undertake an appropriate level of UK National Security Vetting according to UK Government National Security Vetting criteria.
