Part-Time Receptionist / Administrative Assistant Mentor, OH $20.00 per hour

We are currently seeking a reliable and organized Part-Time Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to join our team in the Mentor area. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working in a supportive office environment and is looking for a consistent weekday schedule with flexibility.

Job Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

  • Answering phones and directing calls appropriately

  • Greeting and checking in guests

  • Matching and organizing documents

  • Basic accounts payable tasks

  • Filing, copying, and printing reports

  • Opening, sorting, and distributing mail

  • Coordinating and planning office events (luncheons, breakfast snacks, and the annual Holiday Party)

  • Providing general administrative support as needed

Schedule:

  • Monday – Friday

  • 6 hours per day (choose between 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM or 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM)

  • Flexible schedule available
