Sitting at the main reception desk, greeting visitors and vendors - 175 people report into the office. Foot traffic is about 80 people a day - Check guests in for their appointment - vendor - Manage email inbox for requests - Handling work orders and facility-related tasks - Maintaining the office, including restocking supplies, checking equipment, and ensuring the space looks presentable - Helping with event coordination and management - The role requires strong organizational skills and self-sufficiency, as the manager is often in meetings or otherwise unavailable. - Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite and email/messaging tools like Outlook and Teams is important, but any other specialized systems would be learned on the job. - Soft skills like a positive attitude, ability to redirect and manage expectations, and social stamina are also key for this customer-facing role. - Able to lift 25lb. Skills & Qualifications Must Haves: - Organizational skills - should be able to explain how they stayed organized and managed multiple tasks in their last work - Open to entry level candidate or candidates with 1+ year of front desk or office coordinator roles - Basic computer skills Soft Skills: - Ability to be socially active - Self efficiency - ability to work on their own. - Positive attitude - Effort - willing to learn and try - Ability to handle conflict
