We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Administrative Associate Sr. to provide critical support to a high-level executive. This role requires exceptional attention to detail, sound judgment, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, confidential environment. What You'll Do:
- Act as a strategic partner to the executive by anticipating needs, managing competing priorities, and ensuring timely follow-through on key initiatives.
- Demonstrate meticulous attention to detail by reviewing documents, reports, and communications for accuracy, consistency, and completeness.
- Independently manage complex calendars, travel arrangements, and meeting logistics, ensuring optimal use of the executives time.
- Serve as a liaison between the executive and internal/external stakeholders, representing the office with professionalism and discretion.
- Maintain and organize confidential records and document retrieval systems with precision and efficiency.
- Communicate effectively and diplomatically, both verbally and in writing, to relay messages, follow up on action items, and support decision-making.
- Adapt quickly to shifting priorities, demonstrating resilience and a solutions-oriented mindset in a dynamic environment.
- Support special projects and initiatives with a high degree of ownership and accountability.
- Potential for working overtime and weekends as business needs dictate.
What We're Looking For:
Education:
- High school diploma or GED required; associates or bachelors degree in business administration or related field preferred.
Experience:
- Minimum of 7 years of progressive administrative experience, including direct support to senior leadership.
Other Must Haves:
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and digital collaboration tools.
- Proven ability to handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Where You'll Work:
- Onsite at the AEP Headquarters in downtown Columbus, Ohio.
- The position will be expected to be in the office 5 days a week.
What You'll Get:
- Salary between $82,000 - $85,000
