Job Title: Receptionist
Contract: Temporary to Perm
Location: Hartford, CT
Reports To: Client Services Supervisor/Manager
Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and adaptable individual to join our team as a Receptionist. Responsibilities include answering phones, greeting guests, making and replenishing coffee, and ensuring a welcoming environment. No heavy lifting or extensive physical activity is required.
Schedule & Pay:
Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Pay rate: $19.57-$21/hr
Responsibilities:
Operate multi-line phone system and manage incoming calls
Greet and assist guests, clients, and attorneys in a professional manner
Maintain coffee station and supplies
Provide support to the mailroom when needed
Deliver exceptional customer service at all times
Qualifications:
High school diploma required; Associate or Bachelors degree preferred
Minimum 3 years of related administrative or reception experience; law firm experience strongly preferred
Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
Strong communication and organizational skills
Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask
Professional demeanor and customer-focused
Comfortable working with office technology and equipment
