What You’ll Do: Greet visitors and callers with warmth, professionalism, and a can-do attitude Coordinate front desk operations and provide general office support Manage incoming calls, messages, and appointments Handle filing, data entry, and match invoices with purchase orders Track employee timecards and support payroll processes Order and organize office supplies and equipment Keep front office areas tidy, efficient, and inviting Communicate clearly and effectively with internal teams and external contacts
What We’re Looking For: Exceptional communication and customer service skills Excellent attention to detail and multitasking abilities Dependable, friendly, and organized Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic office equipment Prior experience in an administrative or receptionist role is a plus!

- Greet and assist visitors with a warm, friendly, and approachable demeanor
- Perform general office duties including filing, copying, and data entry with accuracy and attention to detail
- Maintain organized records by matching invoices with packing slips, receivings, and purchase orders
- Enter and manage employee timecards and ensure timely processing for payroll
- Order and monitor inventory of office supplies to ensure efficient daily operations
- Communicate effectively with individuals from diverse backgrounds in a respectful and helpful manner
- Balance multiple tasks and responsibilities while maintaining a calm and focused attitude
