As the first point of contact for our client, you will play a key role in creating a welcoming environment for clients, visitors, and staff. The well qualified candidate is organized, approachable, and capable of managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Greet and assist visitors, ensuring a positive and professional first impression

Answer and direct incoming phone calls promptly and courteously

Manage incoming and outgoing emails using Microsoft Outlook

Perform general administrative tasks, such as scheduling appointments and managing inquiries

Maintain a tidy and professional front desk area

Uphold professional business etiquette in all interactions

Required Skills

Proficiency in using computers and common software applications

Prior customer service experience

Strong phone communication and customer service skills are required

Ability to navigate and respond to emails efficiently using Microsoft Outlook

Professional demeanor and business etiquette

Familiarity with Microsoft Word and Excel

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent

Previous experience in a receptionist or customer-facing role preferred

Excellent verbal and written communication skills
