- Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings.
- Handle correspondence, including emails, calls, and memos.
- Maintain professionalism and operate a multiple line telephone system.
- Good organizational & time management skills.
- Ability to work well with others in a shared office environment
- Proficient using Microsoft Office Suite to include Excel, Word and PowerPoint with an aptitude for learning new software and systems
- Two or more years of experience in an administrative role.
- Ability to communicate with various levels of management.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
