Corporate Receptionist

Stratix Systems is seeking a full-time Corporate Receptionist to join our team! As the first interaction between our company and our clients, our ideal candidate should be polished and professional with exceptional communication skills. This position will be managing all incoming calls for the organization and administrative support and/or CRM data entry.

Primary Responsibilities include:

  • Occupy Headquarters entrance reception desk to greet all employees/visitors during normal business hours
  • Assist visitors upon arrival to ensure a great customer experience while onsite
  • Answer, screen and route all incoming call traffic using Elevate phone software (except IT and service lines)
  • Manage all incoming and outgoing daily/bulk mail processing and distribution
  • Manage all incoming and outgoing fax traffic
  • Maintain Headquarters showroom appearance always ensure cleanliness of showroom and that all brochures and supplies are always stocked. Confirm that all machines in showroom are always operational and if an issue arises work with the call center to schedule a technician to resolve the issue.
  • Order office supplies for Headquarters as needed
  • Assist the Order Processing Team with initial sales order packet verification, processing, and billing of orders
  • Work with leasing companies and reps to obtain lease approvals and buyout figures upon request.
  • Assist with sales data entry tasks such as cold call customer verifications, SalesLogix customer data entry and clean up and other sales tasks as necessary
  • Perform all other duties as assigned.
Requirements

Requirements:

  • At least two years of office experience
  • Great communications and customer service skills
  • Professional dress and attitude
  • Comfortability in communicating with clients and every department level internally
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to being on-time and work within a set schedule

Computer Skills:

  • Intermediate to advanced computer skills including electronic mail, record keeping, and the following software packages: Microsoft Office Suite, Word, Excel, Sales Logix (CRM) and Sharepoint

Hours:

Monday through Friday - 8 am and 5 pm with a 1 hour scheduled unpaid lunch break. Coverage at the reception desk makes adherence to set schedule is critical in this role.
