Our South Bend, IN office is looking to hire a Receptionist to conduct basic reception duties including customer service and secretarial duties for program directors and human resources as needed.

Job Responsibilities:

Answers inbound calls and direct to appropriate staff person

Greet customers and potential applicants

Assist employees with copier, Fax, and computer issues

Data entry

Filing for all departments

Typing as assigned

Order supplies and maintenance for office

Distribute incoming mail and faxes to staff mailboxes

Make copies as requested by Directors or as required for staff or applicants

Lock client file cabinets at end of shift

Assist with IT issues/needs as requested

Sort and distribute client meds following delivery

Report any suspected abuse, neglect or exploitation immediately to supervisor or department head.

Other duties as assigned.

Skills and Abilities:

Excellent communication skills

Knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications

Ability to multi-task and handle detail

Qualifications:

Valid driver's license

High school diploma or GED

Experience in reception and/or office duties or associate's degree in business
