Employment Type: Full time Shift: Day Shift Description: Mercy Medical Center is looking for a receptionist to join our Radiology Team. The Receptionist is responsible for providing exceptional customer service and care to all patients and clients. What you will do: Greeting patients and administering check- in and registration Preparing charts Answers multi-line phone and triages calls. Scheduling appointments and procedures for exams and procedures Completes a variety of clerical and data entry assignments. Creates and maintains a professional, caring and customer-oriented environment.
