About The Role The Office Coordinator & Receptionist is a key administrative professional responsible for maintaining an efficient, organized, and welcoming office environment. This individual serves as the first point of contact for visitors and plays a critical role in representing the organizations brand and professionalism. The role combines front desk responsibilities with broader office support functions, ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our Headquarters. What You Get To Do Every Day

Reception Duties

  • Greet and assist all visitors, vendors, and guests with a friendly and professional attitude

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area

  • Support leadership with various administrative tasks

  • Work front desk on Tuesday & Wednesday from 7:30am - 4:00pm (expected to be onsite 5 days)

Office Coordination

  • Order and track office and kitchen supplies; track inventory and restock as needed

  • Coordinate facility maintenance requests

  • Distribute incoming mail, packages, and deliveries; coordinate outgoing mail and courier services

  • Support processing office supply inventory and ordering restocks

  • Set up and removal of weekly catered office lunches and accompanying items.

Administrative Support

  • Create and track purchase orders in accordance with company procurement policies

  • Maintain organized records of purchase orders, invoices, receipts, and vendor contracts

  • Assist with expense tracking and basic reporting for office-related expenditures

  • Provide general administrative assistance to various departments and leaders, as needed

  • Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information

What You Bring To The Role

Minimum Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required

  • 13 years of experience in office administration, reception, or a similar role

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Proficient in Google Workspace (Gmail, Docs, Sheets, Calendar, Drive)

  • Friendly, approachable, and able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

  • Ability to exercise good judgment and professionalism in all situations

Preferred Requirements:

  • Associate or bachelor's degree preferred

Compensation, Benefits, + Perks The expected hourly rate for this role is $26.00-$28.00. To determine starting pay we carefully consider a variety of factors, including primary work location and an evaluation of a candidates skills, experience, market demands, and internal parity. Additionally, salary is just one component of TRRs total rewards package. Depending on role, employees may also be eligible for a bonus program, incentive pay and benefits.
