Position Summary: As the face of our store, you will play a vital role in creating a welcoming atmosphere for our customers. You ll be responsible for managing patient records, scheduling appointments, and ensuring smooth operations. Your strong customer service skills will help you provide an exceptional experience, whether in person or over the phone.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome customers with a friendly demeanor
Maintain organized patient records and ensure efficient scheduling
Provide prompt and courteous service to customers
Process managed care plans and obtain necessary insurance information
Schedule and confirm appointments and follow-up visits
Manage daily mail and inventory of office supplies
Participate in mandatory communication meetings
Qualifications:
Fluent in both English and Spanish (reading and speaking)
Strong organizational and customer service skills
Prior experience in a receptionist or front office role preferred but not required
Ability to handle multiple phone lines is a plus
