Mercy Medical Center is looking for a receptionist to join our Radiology Team. The Receptionist is responsible for providing exceptional customer service and care to all patients and clients.
What you will do:
- Greeting patients and administering check- in and registration
- Preparing charts
- Answers multi-line phone and triages calls.
- Scheduling appointments and procedures for exams and procedures
- Completes a variety of clerical and data entry assignments.
- Creates and maintains a professional, caring and customer-oriented environment.

Minimum Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- 1 years' experience in healthcare preferred.
- Excellent computer abilities.
- Excellent written, oral communication and customer service skills.
- Familiarity with medical terminology.
- Ability to manage multiple phone lines simultaneously.
