at Martha & Mary in Poulsbo, WA!
Are you a welcoming, organized, and compassionate individual with a passion for providing exceptional service? Martha & Mary, a faith-based, not-for-profit organization, is seeking a friendly and dependable Receptionist to help support our main building in Poulsbo. In this role, you’ll promote a positive first impression for residents, visitors, staff, and community members while supporting the daily operations of our thriving, mission-driven team.
Schedule: Wednesday, Thursday, Friday 1pm-6pm with potential for more shifts depending on availability!
Pay Range : $17.25-18.97/hr. based off applicable experience

What You’ll Do
- Greet and assist guests, residents, and staff with warmth and professionalism.
- Answer and direct calls via the main switchboard in a helpful manner.
- Manage mail distribution, petty cash, and resident trust accounts.
- Coordinate reservations for company vehicles and facility spaces.
- Support resident and employee events, handle payments, and process incoming packages.
- Maintain and distribute informational packets and assist with administrative tasks.
- Uphold confidentiality and HIPAA standards while contributing to a welcoming and resident-centered culture.
What We’re Looking For
- Education : High school diploma required; additional education preferred.
- Experience : Customer service experience and proficiency with computers, phone systems, and office equipment.
- Skills : Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Attributes : Friendly demeanor, dependability, and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a busy environment.

- Paid Time Off (PTO) is accrued at varying rates depending on length of employment. Accrual rates begin at 5.32 hours per month based on a 40-hour workweek. These accruals include the required sick leave per Washington State’s Paid Sick Leave Law
