Essential Functions:
Greets the public, answers telephone and receives and distributes mail

UNDER CLOSE SUPERVISION
Answers phone calls, provides information, takes messages, and routes calls
Duplicates and collates forms, reports, correspondence and other documents
Receives and distributes mail
Files documents and maintains records and files
Greets clients and visitors and directs them to office locations for service or assistance
Inserts materials into envelopes and sorts for mailing
Performs related work
Physical Requirement & Working Conditions:
Meets regular and punctual attendance standards and any special needs of the position as determined by management, including mandatory overtime and performing related work
Communicates with individuals in person and utilizes all types of communication media
Spends prolonged periods of time sitting, standing, walking, carrying, stooping and climbing
Minimum Requirements:
High school diploma or the equivalent
Other Minimums:
Must not have been convicted of a felony
Misdemeanor convictions will be considered on an individual basis
Equivalency:
An equivalent combination of education and experience may be substituted
