Receptionist Responsibilities Answering and screening incoming phone calls. Engaging with customers and directing them to the appropriate staff. Managing the company voicemail system. Printing off Mail Order orders and coordinating with the warehouse for shipping. Handling remote Mail Order shipments. Managing the company inbox and directing website orders appropriately. Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the front reception area. Welcoming and assisting walk-in guests, including shipping companies. Keeping the conference room tidy and prepared for meetings. Essential Skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Strong clerical skills. Excellent customer service and phone support abilities. Computer literacy and data entry proficiency. Personable demeanor and organizational skills. Experience with inbound call handling. Additional Skills & Qualifications Prior customer service experience, preferably at a front desk or receptionist position. Comfortable with answering phones and engaging with customers. Ability to work well in a team and assist where needed. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
