Education, Training and Experience:
Must hold a High School Diploma or GED
Bilingual preferred
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Possess excellent telephone skills.
- Possess the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills.
- Must be able to maintain confidentiality in all matters
- Possess some computer skills
- Possess and demonstrate the ability to establish and maintain cooperative working relationships with those connected in the course of work
- Be able to perform all of the assigned responsibilities for the position
- Performs other duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor
Physical Requirements:
Regularly required to sit, stand, walk, talk, hear, write, operate a computer, hand-held learning devices and other office equipment, reach with hands and arms, and must occasionally lift and/or move up to 40 pounds.
