Sheehy Auto Stores seeks an energetic employee for the Part-time Receptionist position. As the Receptionist, you will have the opportunity to impact our overall customer experience each day as our dealership's first impression representative. Responsibilities
Greet and receive prospects and customers.
Friendly, professional, courteous, and efficient when working with all customers and employees
Refers customers with additional questions to the service advisor or other appropriate staff member.
Handles customer complaints with integrity and poise and refers the customer to the appropriate individual for further assistance.
Assist with various clerical duties as needed
Requirements
High School Diploma or higher
A professional appearance
A clean driving record & valid driver's license
Must be authorized to work in the USA
Must be able to pass pre-employment testing to include background checks (MVR, drug test)
