We are currently seeking a Housekeeping Office Coordinator to support our Housekeeping leadership team. This vital administrative role helps keep the department running smoothly behind the scenes, ensuring our rooms are spotless and our guests are delighted.

As the Housekeeping Office Coordinator, you'll be the organizational backbone of our Housekeeping team. Your key responsibilities will include\:

  • Managing calendars, coordinating meetings, and supporting departmental schedules

  • Providing clerical and administrative support, including data and word processing, filing, and record keeping

  • Using Microsoft Word and Excel proficiently to support department operations

  • Handling a high volume of guest phone contact with professionalism and warmth

  • Collaborating with housekeeping leadership and other hotel departments to ensure smooth daily operations

The pay rate for this position is $17.50 hourly. This is the pay rate for this position that the Grand Hyatt Indian Wells reasonably expects to pay. Decisions regarding individual salaries will be based on a number of factors, such as experience and education.

What We're Looking For\:
  • A professional, organized, and outgoing individual with excellent communication and organizational skills

  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel

  • Previous administrative or office coordination experience (hospitality experience is a plus)

  • A team player with a positive attitude and attention to detail

  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a calm, guest-focused demeanor
