We are looking for a spa receptionist whos more than just organized were looking for a client experience magnet. Youll be the first and last impression of our spa, the friendly face (and voice) that sets the tone for every visit.

Who You Are:
Extremely bubbly, positive, and welcoming you light up the room
A natural people person who can build instant rapport
Organized and detail-oriented (youre the type who remembers names and little things that matter)
Comfortable answering phones, booking appointments, and handling client checkouts with ease
A team player who helps keep the spa flowing and supports both clients and estheticians
Tech-savvy, (well train you on with booking systems)

What Youll Be Doing:
Welcoming clients into the space with warmth and care
Answering calls, scheduling appointments.
Creating meaningful client moments through conversation
Managing booking software, confirmations, and follow-ups
Being the bridge between client and esthetician you set the vibe for the entire experience
Making sure that our spa is clean and tidy
