Description
POSITION SUMMARY: Collision Center Receptionist will be primarily responsible for all incoming phone calls to Ressler Motors Collision Center and distributing the call to the appropriate departments and individuals while maintaining the highest level of customer service and satisfaction.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
Answer all incoming Collision Center phone calls on a multi-line phone system and direct calls to correct individuals and departments.
Take messages and distribute if an individual is not available for a call.
Make appointments as necessary.
Professionally greet all customers upon arrival and give directions to various departments to all guests and customers.
Keep open and continual communication with Collision Center managers and other office personnel regarding every day operations to effectively contribute to an efficiently-run office.
Check open work order reports weekly and report status of open work orders to office in a timely manner.
Maintain office supplies for reception desk.
Ensure that the customer waiting area is tidy and all vending machines are well stocked.
Requirements
Education and Experience:
High School Diploma or Equivalent
At least one year of receptionist or office experience preferred.
