Title: Administrative Assistant**
**Location: Redmond, WA**
**Duration: 11 months**
**Daily Schedule & OT estimate: M-F. 40 hrs/week, 7am-3pm window for expected working hours, + 5 OT hours/week.**
**Pay rate Range: $18 to $20/hr**
**Job Description**
The candidate will perform a variety of administrative functions to support the US Immigration Teams high-volume operations. This includes hands-on processing, data management, and cross-functional team collaboration in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment.
**Primary Responsibilities** :
+ Process high-volume paper filings, including collating, copying, scanning, distributing for signature, and mailing hardcopy immigration documents.
+ Troubleshoot high-volume printing issues and escalate as needed.
+ Triage and escalate urgent US immigration cases to appropriate internal teams.
+ Track and accurately update case statuses in real time using internal case management software.
+ Run and analyze case status reports within case management tools.
+ Conduct data audits and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure data integrity.
+ Assist with additional projects and tasks as directed by leadership.
**Candidate Requirements**
+ Years of Experience: Minimum 1+ years of overall experience in administrative or operations-related roles.
+ Education: Bachelors degree required (any field).
+ Work Location: 100% Onsite availability is mandatory.
+ Disqualifier: Candidates who are unable to work fully onsite will not be considered.
**Top 3 Required Hard Skills & Experience**
1. 1+ years of experience using Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Excel for data management, Word, Teams, OneNote).
2. 1+ years of experience building out and documenting processes (preferably in OneNote).
3. 1+ years of experience working in high-volume operations and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
**Soft Skills & Ideal Candidate Attributes**
+ High GPA (preferred)
+ Strong attention to detail, critical thinking, and organizational skills
+ Excellent time management with the ability to prioritize work effectively
+ Strong written and verbal communication
