As a Client Center Receptionist, you'll be the first point of contact for visitors, creating a professional and welcoming experience. You will oversee daily operations within the client conference center, ensuring seamless coordination of room reservations, visitor assistance, and overall guest experience.

- Manage conference room scheduling to optimize space and resources.
- Provide a warm and professional greeting to all visitors and guests.
- Handle incoming calls and emails with accuracy, directing inquiries appropriately.
- Coordinate catering orders and support event logistics.
- Perform administrative duties, including message-taking, mail sorting, and handling deliveries.
- Assist other administrative staff with overflow tasks such as document processing, data entry, and research.
- Maintain a polished, service-oriented presence at all times.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience in reception, executive assistance, hospitality, or a similar role.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Professional presence and excellent interpersonal skills.
- Exceptional organizational skills, particularly in coordinating meeting spaces.
- Ability to remain composed under pressure.
- Proactive, collaborative team player.
- Passion for delivering an outstanding client experience.
- Bilingual in English/Spanish (English required; Spanish is a plus).
