Receptionist: I (Junior)

As a Client Center Receptionist , you'll be the first point of contact for visitors, ensuring a seamless and professional experience. You'll manage the daily operations of the client conference center, oversee room reservations, and contribute to an outstanding guest experience.

This job will have the following responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and manage conference room reservations to optimize usage and resources
  • Greet and assist visitors with a warm, professional demeanor
  • Handle calls and emails , providing accurate information and directing inquiries efficiently
  • Manage catering orders and support event logistics within the client center
  • Perform administrative tasks including message-taking, mail sorting, and package handling
  • Assist administrative staff with overflow tasks such as document processing, data entry, and research
  • Maintain a polished and service-oriented presence at all times

Qualifications & Requirements:
  • 2-3 years of experience in reception, executive assistance, hospitality, or a similar role
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Professional appearance and exceptional interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organizational abilities , particularly in managing meeting spaces
  • Calm and composed demeanor under pressure
  • Proactive, collaborative team player
  • Ambassador of Santander , serving as the first point of contact for guests
  • Ability to multitask with keen attention to detail
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish (English required; Spanish is a plus)
