Compass Dental Services is a group practice. We are locally owned & operated & seeking an experienced office manager to join our team.

Current Opening:

Dental Care Independence is seeking a take-charge decision-maker. The right candidate will have strong skills in financial operations, personnel management, and patient relations. Knowledge of third-party reimbursement and collections is also key. Experience with Open Dental is a huge plus.

We are a busy office & offer a great opportunity with additional room for growth. We are looking for a MINIMUM of 3 years of dental practice office management experience. This is a full-time position with benefits. Office hours are Monday-Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm and Saturdays 8:00 am to 1:00 pm. Must be availabe to work during the listed office hours. (This is not your scheduled shift )

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $23.00 - $35.00 per hour
