Position Summary\: Northeastern Nevada Physician Practices is seeking a friendly, motivated, Receptionist to join a well-established practice. This is a full-time benefited position, working Monday – Friday 8-hour shifts.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the front office procedures in a busy medical practice. Receiving patients, preparing charts and medical records, handling worker's compensation referrals, answering telephones, scheduling appointments, collecting co-pays and payments on accounts, keeping the front desk, and waiting area neat and organized.
This position reports directly to Practice Manager and Physician.
Minimum Qualifications\:
- Education\: High School or equivalent
- Experience\: 1 – 2 years medical office experience preferred
- Other Requirements\: Excellent customer service skills. Typing and grammatical skills. Demonstrates attitude of cooperation and professionalism.
