Responsibilities:
- Learn and become proficient with dedicated Casting Administration applications
- Review and verify deal memos from casting directors and production teams to ensure compliance with guild rules and studio policy
- Prepare and process contracts for performers employed in prime time, basic cable and streaming pilots and series
- Ensure that contracts are signed before going on camera
- Distribute, file, scan and archive performer documents
- Prepare and process paperwork for court approval of Minors
- Maintain detailed logs for each episode of assigned projects in order to track dates for compliance deadlines
- Review post production timesheets for accuracy and notify production payroll of any required ADR payments
- Prepare and submit Taft-Hartley Reports for all Union performers when required
- Respond timely to research requests from agents, business affairs, production, and the casting department
- Maintain database with confidential project, performer and agent information
Required Qualifications:
- Experience with Docusign and Netdocs
- Work on Confidential information
- Ability to identify and prioritize critical incoming projects
- Strong attention to detail
- 2 years of administrative experience
- Understanding of business administration
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to track and organize a large volume of details, data, and tasks
- Outstanding people skills. A great, even-tempered personality is a must
