customers and visitors. Promotes business for the Bank by maintaining

where necessary. As a Receptionist, you will: Greets and assists
customers and visitors with their questions and makes them comfortable
while waiting for appointment. Maintains the company telephone listing.
Orders supplies for the company which includes office, teller, printer
supplies and supplies from various vendors. Assists with endorsement
stamp ordering and reporting. Assists with the daily statement mailings.
Sorts and distributes daily mail. Provides administrative support to the
Lenders by assisting with faxing, copying, sorting and phone calls.
Uphold Nicolet\'s philosophy and policies by maintaining appropriate
controls to ensure full compliance with applicable laws and regulations,
thereby fulfilling legal responsibilities and enhancing the quality of
services provided by Nicolet. Understand and communicate the value of
