welcoming face of our organization. This position plays a critical role
in creating memorable guest experiences, managing daily administrative

through July and will be 100% onsite. Key Responsibilities: \* Warmly
greet and assist all guests, ensuring a seamless and welcoming
experience from arrival to departure \* Provide information and support
to visitors and callers, handling the switchboard and directing
inquiries appropriately \* Manage visitor logs, issue security
passes/badges, and maintain office security protocols \* Coordinate
package deliveries and pickups with courier services \* Schedule and
maintain meeting rooms and boardroom equipment \* Provide administrative
support including typing, filing, photocopying, mail preparation, and
binding materials \* Keep front office and shared spaces organized and
presentable \* Collaborate with internal teams to identify and implement
service improvements based on guest needs \* Maintain a high standard of
professionalism and confidentiality at all times Required Skills &
Qualifications: \* High school diploma or equivalent required \* 5+
years of relevant administrative or receptionist experience \*
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) \*
Strong verbal and written communication skills \* Ability to multitask
and work independently in a fast-paced environment \* Exceptional
customer service and interpersonal skills \* Proven ability to manage
priorities with attention to detail and professionalism \* Ability to
maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately
Top Technical Skills: \* Proficiency with phone systems, visitor
management tools, and Microsoft Office \* Comfortable navigating office
scheduling tools and general IT platforms Top Soft Skills: \*
