Daily Responsibilities:

• Manage patient scheduling and appointments
• Handle insurance billing, claims, and verification
• Perform administrative tasks
• Provide exceptional patient care and support
• Coordinate treatment planning and referrals

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience with Open Dental software
• Proficiency in credit card processing and insurance billing
• Strong front office and administrative skills
• Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and patient confidentiality
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Experience with X-Rays and treatment planning
• Ability to handle collections and accounts receivable
• Experience with inbound/outbound calling and scheduling appointments

Salary and Benefits:

• Minimum Salary: $23 / hr
• Maximum Salary: $30 / hr
