Description:

Receptionist/Admin Asst

Responsibilities / Tasks of the Role:
Provide a warm, professional welcome to visitors and staff
Manage incoming calls on a single line phone system
Handle visitor check in and maintain secure front desk environment
Process invoices through Ariba system, including purchase requisitions and goods receipts
Support general administrative tasks as needed

Essential Requirements of the role:
2-5 years experience with MS Office Suite (Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel)
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Professional demeanor and excellent customer service skills
Ability to multi-task while maintaining attention to details

Desirable attributes of the worker:
Customer service oriented, flexible to fill in where needed in the business

Tools or Software:
MS Office Suite and Ariba is a plus

Languages Required & Proficiency Level:

English - Proficient

Notes:
7 : 30am to 4 : 00pm Monday through Friday
