Job Description

We are seeking a Project Administrator to join our team for a 3-month contract with the potential for extension. This role is crucial in supporting our National Energy Reliability Council (NERC) team, ensuring that all project sites are compliant.

Responsibilities

  • Submit proper documentation for project sites through SharePoint.
  • Compile needed information, including material purchases, sheet submittals, and operation & maintenance manuals.
  • Obtain permits and other miscellaneous items.
  • Process miscellaneous paperwork and reports such as job cost reports, weekly pending projects report, A/R collection reports, and timecards.
  • Type and compile miscellaneous documents, including proposals and submittals.
  • Assist with employee relations as needed.
  • Perform other related duties as required and assigned.

Work Environment

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $31.00/hr.

Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job
