Construction Project Manager

We are seeking a Project Manager to support a large ground-up build for an elementary school. This role involves managing a three-story, 200,000 GSF elementary school project in Prince County.

Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of the project to maximize profit and exceed client expectations.
• Manage day-to-day project development, including project plans, defining tasks, timelines, resources required, and stakeholder relationships.
• Responsible for risk management.

• Project management
• Construction management
• Experience with base build and ground-up construction projects
• Proficiency with Autodesk, Construction Cloud, Procore, or Bluebeam
• Relevant local General Contractor (GC) experience
• Experience managing at least 1-2 projects as a Project Manager
• Base build experience on projects valued between $20-200 million

• Experience with education projects
• Experience managing financials, including payouts and schedule management

This role is 100% based in Dumfries at Potomac Shores Elementary School. The project is estimated to last 24 months. The company has six other projects in Virginia and a strong backlog, offering opportunities for growth and future project involvement. The position focuses on managing this project exclusively for now, with potential for internal growth and leadership opportunities.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $110000.00 - $140000.00/yr.
