Operation Manager Landscape needed

We are a nationally published landscape design firm specializing in high-end residential projects. We are a fast-paced, small firm that takes projects from design to installation to garden nurturing. This is an opportunity where the right individual can shine, learn and grow with the company.

Key Responsibilities:

Working with a team to run the operations department, estimating, constuction knowledge a must. Knowledge - full rounded plant knowledge a plus.

Working with project files and studio-wide standard templates, as well as spreadsheet information repositories and information/reference libraries.

Key Working Relationship: Reports to Director of Business Affairs

Skills and Experience:

Knowledge of landscape construction methods and construction documents

Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Google Office Sheets and Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Excellent organizational skills and task follow up Experience and interest in planting; plant knowledge is a plus also Spanish speaking is a plus
