Dispatch Receptionist - Part time

Our Fort Recovery Feed & Animal Division in Mercer and Darke counties, in Ohio, produces and delivers feed while providing support to our contract farmers raising animals for production. Cooper Farms is currently seeking a 2nd shift Part time Dispatch Receptionist to join our team in Fort Recovery. SHIFT HOURS: 2 days during the week and 2 Fridays per month 3:30pm-10:30pm, and 1 Saturday morning a month 6:00am-approximately 10:00am. STARTING HOURLY RATE: $15.55 with the potential of increasing to $15.80 after 90 days ADDITIONAL PAY: Monthly and year-end profit-sharing bonuses (dependent upon company performance) All training will be provided for this entry level position. Job functions include: Answering telephone calls and relaying necessary messages correctly.Accurately inputting feed order tickets for proper load-out, transfer load-out information, and entering invoices into the computer system.Compiling truck data sheets and logs into Excel.
