High school diploma, secretarial skills, and knowledge of office procedures. The role of the secretary involves the coordination of all secretarial duties of the office. The secretary provides accurate and efficient secretarial services.
1) Access the needs of supplies and equipment to operate the office.
2) Plans for the utilization of the time during the day to accomplish the tasks assigned and to meet deadlines.
3) Performs duties involving secretarial skills and route office procedures.
4) Promotes positive community relations through effective communication and interaction with community members.
5) Performs other duties and functions as assigned by the administrator.
Salary: Based on local salary schedule.
