Be the calm, professional voice at the center of hospital communication. As a Telephone Operator, you'll manage incoming and outgoing calls, respond to emergencies, and help ensure a safe and connected environment for patients, staff, and visitors.

Job Details

Job Responsibilities:

• Operate the Avaya switchboard to handle all calls promptly and professionally
• Monitor hospital codes, alarms, and safety systems
• Activate beepers and emergency notifications as needed
• Maintain confidentiality and accuracy with patient information
• Support telecommunications operations and assist with additional duties as needed
• Represent the hospital with a professional demeanor and appearance

Job Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent (required)
• Switchboard experience (preferred)
• Strong verbal communication and multitasking skills (required)

Salary Range
