- Assist the Director of Multifamily Housing with operational needs of the office including maintaining office calendars
- Act as the point of contact to receive inquiries and respond on behalf of the Director
- Manage business functions to relieve Director of administrative tasks including administering and authorizing expenditures and purchases and submitting supply requests, purchase orders, and travel requests for staff
- Oversee maintenance of fiscal controls (e.g., reviews Checking Account Daily ACH's and connect with project submissions)
- Assist Director with presentation development
- Attend meetings, create agendas and scripts as needed, and take and maintain notes and documents for meetings

- This position will work from OHFA's offices which are located at 2600 Corporate Exchange Drive, Columbus, OH 43231.
