PRIMARY RESPONSIBLILITES:

  • Aid in efficient performance of the company's Contracts Lifecycle Management (CLM) platform, including management of user roles, permissions and access controls
  • Maintain and configure agreement templates, clause libraries, and workflows within the platform
  • Support account-level settings, security configurations, and system governance
  • Manage contract intake, routing, storage, approvals and execution workflows across departments
  • Support e-signature and system integrations (e.g, Microsoft 365, Docusign, Salesforce) as configured by the organization
  • Validate extracted metadata (e.g., renewal dates, payment terms, key clauses) and assist with corrections as needed
  • Manage renewal, expiration and obligation tracking through system alerts
  • Help develop and maintain CLM process documentation, job aids, and standard operating procedures in support of Business Process team
  • Other related tasks as assigned by the Contract Management & legal teams

Position Summary

The Contracts Administrator is responsible for day-to-day support of the Contract Management team and overall administration and support of the organization's contract management platform and process. This role supports contract and service order workflows across drafting, negotiation, execution, and post-signature analysis by maintaining templates, workflows, user access, metadata accuracy, and reporting. The Contracts Admin partners closely with Legal and other business teams to ensure that the platform is used consistently, securely, and efficiently.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
  • Hands-on experience in administering and/or working within an enterprise CLM platform
  • Strong understanding of contract lifecycle concepts, metadata, and common commercial contract terms
  • High attention to detail and experience maintaining structured contract data
  • Ability to work independently in a contract role with defined deliverables

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience supporting in-house legal or legal operations teams
  • Experience with Salesforce, LinkSquares, or other contract management system
  • Familiarity with reporting, dashboards and contract analytics
  • Experience in regulated, compliance-driven, or audit sensitive environments
