Required Qualifications and Skills

- Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
- Support onboarding, I-9 verification, and new hire coordination.
- Assist with recruiting, interview scheduling, and applicant tracking.
- Support payroll preparation, attendance tracking, and HR administrative reporting.
- 2 to 4 years of experience in an HR, administrative, or clerical role preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
- Strong attention to detail, organization, time management, and follow-through.
- Clear verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to support multiple HR priorities in a fast-paced office environment.
- Knowledge of California labor laws and HR compliance is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications

- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
- Experience with HRIS platforms such as ADP, Paychex, Workday, or a similar system.
- Bilingual English and Spanish communication skills.
- Prior experience supporting onboarding, recruiting coordination, payroll preparation, or employee records administration.
