Part Time Medical Receptionist

We are looking for a reliable, early-rising Medical Receptionist to join our team on a part-time basis. You will be the face of our clinic during our peak late-week mornings, ensuring that 35 to 40 patients per day experience a smooth, welcoming check-in process. This role is perfect for a morning person who thrives in an efficient environment and takes pride in keeping patient data accurate and secure.

salary: $22 - $23 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 5:30 AM - 2:30 PM
education: High School

Responsibilities

• Warmly greet and check in 35–40 patients daily, maintaining a steady, efficient flow during early morning peak hours.
  
  
• Provide patients with required clinical and registration forms, ensuring they are completed thoroughly and accurately.
  
  
• Input and update patient demographics, medical history forms, and registration details directly into the system
  
  
• Securely collect and process co-pays, outstanding balances, and self-pay payments at the time of service.
  
  
• Maintain a clean, organized reception area and answer initial patient inquiries with exceptional customer service.
