We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Data Specialist 2 to join our Business Support team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing advanced administrative support, maintaining system integrity, and managing data workflows for a critical organizational database.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Education: High School Diploma or GED equivalent is required.

  • Experience: Minimum of 2+ years of relevant experience in data entry, database administration, or a related business support role.

  • Technical Skills: Solid working knowledge of database systems, data entry best practices, and reporting tools.

  • Core Competencies: solid organizational skills, sharp attention to detail, and the ability to train/support other users.

salary: $34 - $35 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM

Responsibilities

  • Database Maintenance: Organize, enter, and import data into appropriate databases while ensuring the overall integrity and security of the systems.

  • Reporting & Extraction: Extract data as needed to meet various reporting requirements and support team decision-making.

  • System Training: Act as a key resource by training other staff members to effectively use the system.

  • Problem Solving: Handle moderately complex database issues and problems, collaborating with higher-level staff for advanced troubleshooting.

  • Compliance & Standards: Continually comply with all relevant federal and state regulations related to your job duties.
