Position Summary:
The Receiving Clerk is responsible for providing administrative and operational support for the shipping and receiving office. This role plays an active part in an office work environment coordinating driver activity, preparing and dispatching loads, and reviewing and maintaining accurate documentation. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and able to communicate professionally with both internal teams and customers. Schedule: Monday - Friday, 2pm - 11:30PM Occasional Saturday and OT as required Pay:$21.89/hour + $1.00 shift differential = $22.89/hour
Major Responsibilities:- Print Check sheets for OTR shipments and coordinate schedule for operations
- Receive and dispatch drivers in a timely manner.
- Coordinate driver activity with the dock to ensure timely receiving of inbound loads.

Prepare, manifest, and dispatch outbound loads correctly.
- Maintain organized filing system (electronic and paper).
- Collaborate with Supply Chain Analyst and Operations Leadership
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of documentation.
- Support general office tasks as needed.
Qualifications: 2 years of general office experience required 1 year of customer service experience required High School diploma or equivalent required Advanced computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint required WMS, SAP, Blue Yonder, or AS400 experience preferred Regular, predictable, full attendance is an essential function of the job Willingness to travel as necessary, work the required schedule, work at the specific location required, complete Penske employment application, submit to a background investigation (to include past employment, education, and criminal history) and drug screening.
