Labor Depot is looking for a dependable, organized, and customer-focused Office Coordinator to join our growing team! This position plays a key role in supporting daily office operations, assisting workers and customers, and helping ensure our branch runs efficiently every day.

Position Responsibilities:
Assist with daily office and dispatch operations
Support worker check-in/check-out and onboarding processes
Answer phones, assist walk-ins, and provide excellent customer service
Maintain accurate worker and customer records
Assist with recruiting, scheduling, and job placement activities
Process paperwork, data entry, and administrative tasks
Help maintain office organization, compliance, and professionalism
Communicate effectively with workers, customers, and internal staff
Support payroll-related and timekeeping processes as needed
Qualifications
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
Basic computer and data entry skills
Reliable, professional, and team-oriented attitude
Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred but not required
Staffing, dispatching, recruiting, or office experience is a plus
